Geddy Lee
Geddy Lee was born on July 29,1953. Geddy's real name is Gary Lee Weinrib, but his grandmother had a strong accent and could not pronounce his name Gary Lee, unstead she said, Geddy Lee. And he went by that name ever since. He is currently married and has a daughter Kyla, and a son Julian. Geddy's two favorite sports are Baseball and tennis. He lives just outside of Toronto when the band is not touring. Geddy has also won many awards for his awsome bass playing, such as: Best Bass Player for 1993 in the Bass Player readers poll, and is in the Bass Hall of Fame for Guitar Player Magazine. 


راش با سی سال حضور خود در دنيای موسيقی يکی از معتبرترين گروه های هارد راک بشمار می رود. گرچه راش همواره مورد بی مهری بعضی منـتـقدان و گردانندگان راديويی بوده ولی ازهمان ابتدای فعاليت حرفه ای خود توانست پايگاه بزرگی در ميان شنوندگان و بخصوص نوازندگان راک ايجاد کرده و با نمايش مهارت بی نظير خود در بکارگيری ابزار موسيقی بهمراه شعرهای افسانه ای جايگاه خود را به بالاترين مراتب در موسيقی راک برساند. از گروه های مشهور راک که با الهام از راش در اين حرفه موفق شد می توان از متاليکا نام برد.

Neil Peart
Neil Peart was born on September 12, 1952. He began druming when he was 13 years old and got drum lessons for his birthday. His early inspirations were, Keith Moon, Bill Bruford, and Carl Palmer. Neil grew up near Toronto and played in a series of school bands until he moved to London in the early 70's in order to try to further his musical career. While he lived there he became a salesman for a shop called The Great Frog. He then moved back to Canada where he hooked up with Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson. He became an offical member of Rush in June, 1974. Neil is currently married and his only daughter Selena died in a car crash in August of 1997. Neil's endorsements are: Ludwig, and DW Drums.



Alex Lifeson
Alex Lifeson was born on August 27, 1953, in Fernie, British Columbia. He first began playing the guitar at the age of 12, after he tried to learn how to play the viola. The first guitar he owned was a $11 kent classical acoustic, that he got for a christmas present from his father. A year later he got a $59 Japanese model electric model. His early guitar influences were: Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, and Jimmy Page. He is currently married and has two sons, Adrian and Justin. When he isn't touring he likes to spend time flying, and cooking. He has also released a solo album "Victor" in 1996. Alex is endorsed by: Dean Markley and Paul Reed Smith Guitars (PRS).
